With these two masks, although they are made with a different ingredient, they provide the same result: they strengthen the hair, preventing it from falling out and restoring its normal healthy appearance. By using this remedy once a week, very soon we will begin to observe the results.

Indications

Although its best known use is to strengthen hair, nails and skin, brewer’s yeast has other advantages that anyone can benefit from: it prevents constipation , fights fatigue, reduces cholesterol, provides iron and energy to anemic people. …

It is also a recommended element during pregnancy due to its high content of folic acid, without forgetting the benefit it has for vegetarians, since brewer’s yeast provides multiple nutrients that we can find in meat.

It is important to differentiate cooking yeast from brewer’s yeast, since the former is only used in certain recipes, but its intake is not beneficial to health. Despite the large number of benefits provided by the yeast that interests us, we must be careful, as it may have a contraindication: people with candidiasis or hair fungi should not take it, and should consult a professional.
