Ceviche recipe step by step
Ingredients
- 400 grams of fresh white fish in fillets: sole, salmon, tuna, hake or sea bass.
- 3 sprigs of coriander
- 1 medium-sized red onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 8 sour lemons

- Pepper
Elaboration
